29 February 2008. Deadline for registration and submission of abstracts, posters and power point presentations. Send all materials to secretary with carbon copy to sarah@elewa.org. All entries will be reviewed and comments sent to authors. Please address any corrections or issues pointed before re-submitting your paper.

30 April 2008: Deadline for re-submitting the corrected abstracts and papers.
June 2-16, 2008: e-Conference exhibition rooms open.

Cost of participation

The cost of participation in this e-Conference is minimal since there is no travel, accommodation, per diem, or visa costs involved. The only cost for participants will be registration fees of USD 150 per person, which will cover processing and web-hosting expenses as well as publication of the full paper in the Journal of Applied Biosciences. The organizers of the conference will make available a limited number of sponsorships for contributors of full papers who can not afford this registration fee. Please send request for sponsorship or partial waiver to the secretariat.
